Order Information

Gift Cards: Service Gift Cards are available online and in store. Product only gift cards are available online too.

Pickup & Delivery: Should you need a product during hours we are not open you can order it from our beautiful and easy to order online store and have it shipped or ready for curbside pickup. You can also text an order to 401-254-1772 and we can send you an invoice if that is easier.

Shipping: We charge 6.95 for orders under 75.00 and we offer free shipping for orders over 75.00. We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Curbside is generally ready the following day. If you need a curbside order for a specific day, email beauty@alaynewhite.com.

Returns: We are happy to take anything back that is not making you happy. Please let us know within two weeks of purchase so we can arrange for the return of the item. We issue store credits or product exchanges for all returns.

(Our Providence location is permanently closed, however if you have a gift card from the good old days, you may use it towards a service or product (or both) in our Bristol location.
